Led by a board-certified pediatrician who specializes in autism diagnosis, with more than 1,100 virtual evaluations completed. No waitlists. No insurance battles. A flat fee of $1,499, all in.
You've been watching your child closely. Maybe a pediatrician mentioned it. Maybe a teacher. Maybe you've just been trusting your instincts that something here is worth understanding. Whatever brought you to this page, you've already done the hard part. What you need now is an evaluation, not another twelve to eighteen month wait for one.
Foyer was built to close that gap. A physician-led practice designed around clarity, speed, and a flat transparent fee, so families can get a diagnostic answer they trust and a plan they can act on.
No insurance friction. No referrals required. Just a careful evaluation, conducted virtually, by a board-certified pediatrician with deep experience in telehealth autism diagnosis.
Foyer's evaluation is a comprehensive, DSM-5 aligned diagnostic assessment, signed by a board-certified physician. It's the same kind of evaluation you would receive from an in-person specialist, with the same documentation, the same diagnostic codes, and the same downstream acceptance.
A DSM-5 aligned report with diagnostic codes, signed by a board-certified physician. The same instrument a specialist would use, completed in the same diagnostic framework.
Districts use Foyer's report to open IEP and 504 planning processes. Documentation is structured to meet state and federal special education standards.
ABA, speech, occupational, and developmental therapy practices accept Foyer's diagnostic report for treatment authorization. Specific recommendations included.
Most families with PPO or out-of-network benefits recoup a meaningful portion via superbill. HSA and FSA funds are eligible at booking.
A diagnosis is the doorway, not the destination. With Foyer's report in hand, the things you've been waiting on become available almost immediately.
Most ABA, speech, and occupational therapy providers require a documented autism diagnosis to begin care. Foyer's DSM-5 report meets their authorization standards. Many families have first sessions scheduled within weeks.
Districts use the diagnostic report to initiate IEP and 504 planning, school-based evaluations, and access to special education services and classroom accommodations.
With a diagnosed condition on file, your health plan typically covers ongoing autism-related therapy services. Your superbill handles the evaluation itself; the diagnosis handles everything that follows.
The best observation of a child happens in the place a child is most themselves.
Most families complete their evaluation in two to four weeks from intake. Every step is virtual, designed to let your child be observed where they are most themselves.
We meet virtually to understand your child's developmental history, your observations, and the questions you are hoping to answer. You'll complete validated questionnaires before we meet so we can use the time well.
A live virtual session with your child, in your home, using evidence-based observation protocols. We capture how your child engages, communicates, and plays in their most natural setting.
We review the comprehensive report together. Diagnostic findings, a personalized care plan, school and therapy recommendations, and a superbill you can submit for out-of-network reimbursement.
One flat fee, paid up front. No copays, no surprise bills, no pre-authorization delays, no fighting an insurance company over what's covered. You know exactly what you're paying before you book.
Most families with PPO or out-of-network benefits are reimbursed a meaningful portion of the cost. We provide a detailed superbill at the end of your evaluation.

Yes. A 2026 study published in Telemedicine and e-Health evaluated 14,175 virtual autism assessments performed by board-certified pediatricians and found 93.5% diagnostic accuracy compared with in-person specialist evaluation. The study is not of Foyer, but it tested the same general approach we follow: a pediatrician conducting structured telehealth observation with validated tools. Many parents also find their child engages more naturally at home, in their own space, than in a clinic. Dr. Levine has personally completed more than 1,100 evaluations via telehealth.
Yes. Our reports are DSM-5 aligned, signed by a board-certified physician, and structured to meet the documentation standards used by school districts for IEP and 504 planning, and by therapy providers for ABA, speech, occupational, and developmental therapy authorization.
We don't bill insurance directly. This is intentional. It's how we're able to offer transparent pricing, book families quickly, and avoid the months-long authorization process that drives most autism evaluation waitlists. We provide a detailed superbill at the end of your evaluation, which most families submit to their PPO or out-of-network benefits for partial reimbursement. We also accept HSA and FSA funds.
We evaluate children from 18 months through 17 years. Most of our families come to us with children between the ages of two and ten. If you're unsure whether your child is a good fit, send us a note and we'll let you know honestly before you book.
The hardest part is wondering. We're ready when you are.
